Job Description

Tooling_Datalake_Sr
SMEExperience with Reporting Implementation
Drive end to end reporting project
Ability to analyze and understand requestor data requirements, process large sets of data and develop customized ad hoc reports
Required to compile and create account
Monthly Business Review presentation to be delivered to customer
Able to communicate with all levels of internal stakeholders from other delivery towers & Customer facing experience
Consistently improve upon existing reporting processes and work towards complete automation where possible and providing standard solutions
Experience on ITSM tools preferably ServiceNow Preferred Qualifications: Basic understanding of ITIL, Service Levels, Service Desk functions and Deskside services Experience with presenting to Sr
Execs and Customers Basic understanding of ITIL, Service Levels, Service Desk functions and Desk side services
