Looking for people who are flexible to work in any shift timings (pre-dominantely nights). Age not above 34yrs. Job specification:
Hiring for International client for voice Customer service process for Retention & Up-selling
Looking for candidate who join immediately and 15 days of notice can apply.
Candidate should be flexible to work for rotational night shift.
Cab facility will be given for night shift.
Resolving customer query related to software products.
Global process to support customer on technical products.
Key role is to retain the customer for the business.
