We are hiring for Technical Support Associates/ Sr. Technical Support Associates
- Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate
- Minimum 6 months in technical support OR 1 year in customer support - Voice
- Experience from International/ Domestic technical support background is only considered
- Must be flexible working for Rotational shifts
- Looking only for Immediate Joiners
Mandate Skills
- Should have excellent communication skills (Oral & Verbal)
- Candidate should be aware of basic technical knowledge in LAN, WAN and handling basic Internet issues.
- Should know basic computer / laptop troubleshooting knowledge
- Troubleshooting of technical related issues and ensure to resolve the issues or queries over the call.
5 days working.
Pleasant, professional and courteous personality.
Excellent Problem Solving and Customer Service Skills
Ability to think creatively and should have positive attitude.
Strong analytical & Interpersonal skills
