Job Description

Responsible for execution of civil construction, interiors, Utilities & HVAC works as per drawing, design and specifications.

Sub- Contract administration, Billing including certification of work payments.

Responsible for analysis of rates, extra items of different civil, interior jobs & post analysis negotiations & discussions with various contractors.

To liaise with the various government authorities for any approval that may be required during the execution of work.

Making the work orders of fit-outs and selected agency for the projects
