Roles and Responsibilities

Onboarding & Maintenance of employees personal files, Records, Database.
Must have knowledge and experience in the core HR functions
Statutory compliances like ESIC, PF, etc

Required Candidate profile

Exp. in BPO is must
Min 2 years of progressive hands on experience in end-to-end HR Operations.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Effective Team management skills.
