Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to succeed. They should be confident in their ability to build relationships and close deals, as well as possess excellent communication and organizational skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to develop and implement sales strategies, as well as providing support to the sales team in order to drive sales growth.
Responsibilities of Junior Sales Executive
. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
. Identify new business opportunities and potential leads.
. Prepare sales proposals, presentations, and quotes for customers.
. Develop and implement sales plans to increase market share and revenue.
. Monitor market trends and competitors activities to identify new opportunities.
. Follow up on customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
. Maintain accurate client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
. Track and report sales activities and performance metrics.
. Participate in trade shows and conferences to promote company products.
. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
