Position: Legal Counsel
No of Positions: 7
Experience:
Senior Executive - 2 to 4 yrs
Associate Manager/Deputy Manager - 5 to 8 yrs
Manager/Senior Manager - 10+ yrs experience
Work Location: Bangalore/Chennai
Shifts: We have positions in Day Shift (9:00 AM to 6:30 PM) and Evening Shift (2:30 PM to 12:00 AM)
Job Description:
- Candidate having working experience with Product company (hardware / software ) which involves licensing of their products will be preferred.
- Should have handled for at least 2 years product licensing and support contracts including software licensing agreements, support agreements, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Referral agreements, Business Partner Agreements, MSA etc.
- Should be proficient in both negotiations and drafting of the aforesaid contracts.
- Should have experience in handling international cross border transactions.
- Should be able to handle both high volume and high value transactions on his/ her own.
- Someone who has or can create templates and new agreement drafts relating to the Products and Platforms Business including internal processes for contract closures/ SOPs etc.
- Should be a team player, pleasant and willing to be travel abroad and support customers across different geographies internationally.
- Should be qualified LLB in India
