We're seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team. As an Industrial Engineer, you'll analyze and improve manufacturing processes, implement lean principles, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes and layouts
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
- Design and develop new processes, equipment, and tools
- Identify and mitigate safety risks in the workplace
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in CAD software, statistical analysis, and project management tools
