Job Description

Role & responsibilities -

Handle inbound customer chats/calls efficiently.
Adapt to a 24/7 work environment and be flexible with rotational shifts.
Provide accurate information about Blinkit services, order statuses and delivery timelines.

Preferred candidate profile -

Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th pass) .
Bachelors degree preferred.
Prior experience in customer service (preferred, but not mandatory).
