Job description Our Nursing Home Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled MBBS doctor, trained in ICU care, to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care, manage critical cases, and ensure smooth operations in the ICU. Role & responsibilities Diagnose and treat patients with critical and emergency medical conditions. Monitor and manage ICU patients, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. Collaborate with the nursing and support staff for effective patient care. Respond promptly to medical emergencies. Maintain accurate medical records and patient documentation. Preferred candidate profile MBBS degree from a recognized institution. Certification or training in ICU management is mandatory. Minimum [Specify experience if needed, e.g., 1-2 years] of experience in ICU or critical care is preferred. Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills. Work Schedule & Benefits: Shift: 12-hour shift schedule. Salary: 80,000 to 1lac per month. Accommodation: In-house accommodation is provided. Holidays: Flexible holidays based on the candidates requirements.
