Job Description

We are hiring for "Digital Content Analyst" who uses data analytics tools to examine online content performance across various digital platforms, identifying trends, user behavior patterns, and key insights to inform content strategy, optimize engagement, and drive business decisions based on the analysis of digital content metrics. Job Description Experience in a digital analytics or research role Strong understanding of analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience breaking down complex data into actionable insights Track record of working with cross-functional teams Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once Provide clear analysis of complex data sets, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization Monitor, analyse and report on marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess performance and improve marketing effectiveness Work with colleagues to collect, store and analyse data inline with regulations. Stay on top of market trends and changes to make recommendations for improvements Support the CRM and digital marketing teams with customer journey planning. Use data to optimise their digital marketing campaigns,
