- Cognizants BFS Consulting team has open opportunities in its Capital Market and Banking consulting practice. We are a team of advisory consultants & product managers providing solutions on various financial services to create significant business values for our customers. The team leverages their technology savviness, functional expertise to lead and execute digital transformation initiatives Professional Qualifications and Skills Full time MBA from any top tier B School (preferably in Ops/Finance/IT/Systems) 8- 15 years of work experience as Business Analyst/ consultants Responsibilities Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis business process definition, requirements gathering, Functional designs, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD and user stories Demonstrate ability in planning consulting/functional work & ownership of project outcomes Excellent Stakeholder Management (both business and technology) Act as a key point of contact to the Business Transformation Services, Business Analysis, and Functional Architecture and Solution Architecture groups throughout the implementation Interface with business stakeholders to determine key design/process decisions, and contribute to overall delivery plan. Deliver assigned tasks complete and on time as designated by the Programme Office to ensure smooth progress of the implementation. Contribute and take ownership for various project related tasks / planning activities as the programme evolves Knowledge and Practical experience of Project Management methodologies Location: Pune/Mumbai/Chennai Role 1: Treasury BA [ Must have 10+ years of experience; 8+ years of Business Analysis experience (BRD/FSD/User stories/epics/Agile); excellent communication skills & Treasury domain expertise] Strong understanding and experience in Treasury Management Implementation; Knowledge in Corporate Finance & Loans modules. Should have strong understanding on end-to-end Treasury Management System Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis business process definition, business process consulting, requirements gathering, Functional designs and specifications, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD, user stories, As-Is/To Be Analysis, Product design and product roadmap A know how of digital themes/ technologies in the context of digital transformation consulting projects Commodity Trading domain knowledge is a plus Role 2: Derivatives BA [Must have 5+ years of experience; 2-3 years of BA experience; excellent comm skills & OTC derivatives/Capital markets domain expertise] Great understanding and experiences in the order and trade management of equity, fixed income, exchange trades derivatives, OTC derivatives. Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis business process definition, business process consulting, requirements gathering, Functional designs and specifications, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD, user stories, As-Is/To Be Analysis, Product design and product roadmap A know how of digital themes/technologies in the context of digital transformation consulting projects Commodity Trading domain knowledge is a plus Role 3: Front Office BA [ Must have 10+ years of experience; 8+ years of BA experience; excellent comm skills & Derivatives Trading/ FX/ Capital Markets Front Office domain expertise] Majority of experience should be in business consulting in either of the following domains: Derivatives Trading/ FX/ Capital Markets Front Office Exposure in implementation of reports across different business areas Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis business process definition, business process consulting, requirements gathering, Functional designs and specifications, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD, user stories, As-Is/To Be Analysis, Product design and product roadmap A know how of digital themes/technologies in the context of digital transformation consulting projects Commodity Trading domain knowledge is a plus Role 4: Trade Finance BA [Must have 10+ years of experience; 8+ years of BA experience; excellent comm skills & Trade Finance domain expertise] Domain knowledge in Trade finance, Commodity finance, supply chain finance, understanding of the various risk mitigation as well as financing instruments. Strong experience in IT consulting and business analysis business process definition, business process consulting, requirements gathering, Functional designs and specifications, product solution design, proficiency in writing complex BRD, FSD, user stories, As-Is/To Be Analysis, Product design and product roadmap A know how of digital themes/technologies in the context of digital transformation consulting projects Commodity Trading domain knowledge is a plus,
