Job Description

Position Details:

Title: Automation Developer

Experience: 5 to 10 Years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Mathematics, or Engineering is required and a Master's degree is preferred

Location: Bangalore

Skills Required:

Experience in test Automation using Selenium is necessary but willing to offset for manual testers if they are skilled with experience of running full end-to-end scenarios across various eCommerce & various modules SAP. Test automation and ability to build frameworks around test automation would be preferred
- Experience in testing web based eCommerce applications which are based on technologies like SAP Hybris, Java / J2EE, SAP ER, etc
- Experience in Azure cloud would be preferred
- Experience in using databases like SQL server & Oracle
- Experience in Loadrunner and Junit / Jmeter testing would be desirable
- Good understanding of eCommerce functionalities & Hybris modules - Search & Navigation, Account Management, Promotions & Vouchers, Cart, Checkout & Payment process, Catalog / Content Management, etc
- Ability to test Web Service integrations (REST / SOAP APIs) and exposure to using tools like SOAPUI, Postman, etc
- Can follow best practices on test-driven development and improve the current test suite written in WorkSoft or Selenium
- Hands on experience in understanding complex eCommerce challenges / problems and provide innovative solutions & design to solve them. One should be able to pass on solutions / design to junior team members while fascinating them in delivering complex deliverables
- Experience in continuous integration & continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline from scratch and familiarity of using tools like Jenkins, Git
- Effective in resolving problems and roadblocks by consistently following through on details while driving Innovation as well as issue resolution
- Must have working experience with cross-functional teams spread across multiple products and locations within Boeing and external partners across different cultures and time-zones
