Job Description

JOB TITLE :- FIELD RECRUITER

SALARY :- 1.8 LPA TO 2 LPA

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :-

A Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions, often in high-volume or specialized roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract candidates through job fairs, networking, and field visits.

Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial assessments, interviews, and background checks.

Coordination: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.

Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire documentation and orientation.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitor recruitment strategies.
