We are looking for a System Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure smooth IT operations. The role involves diagnosing hardware and software problems, supporting end-users, and maintaining system efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for system-related issues. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems. Install, configure, and update system applications. Assist users with IT-related queries and training. Monitor system performance and security. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience in system support or IT help desk roles is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
