Tech Mahindra BPS - Pune is hiring for Premium Healthcare Insurance Client For Back End Process

Designation : Associate

Qualification Required: Minimum Graduate

Experience Required : 1 to 5 Year (Same domain)

Job Details :

Back office process
Shifts Timing :- Rotational Shift Including Late Night
2 weekly off Sat and Sun (depending on workload)
Door pick up and Door drop ( Limited Boundaries)

Must Required - US Health Insurance Experience

Salary: Best in industry

Work location: Hadapsar

Key Skills :

Minimum 1-5 years experience of transaction processing in US Health Care / US Insurance Preferred

Good written and verbal communication skills

Good Analytical Skills

Willingness to work in rotational shift

Proficient in MS office

Willing to learn new things, Adaptability,

Flexible to work in shifts, Team player

*Demonstrates ability to work on routine matters with minimum supervision.

*Provide timely response to queries from internal and external stakeholders

Other - Good knowledge of Insurance Health Care

Roles and Responsibilities:-

*View case report submitted and install the customers records.

*Process case transactions

*Review & analyze and process policy installation in accordance with business process documents.

*Policy Installation

*Enrollment

*Risk Analysis

*Verification/Review/attestation of policy documents

*End to End work on policy and insurance of particular project.
