Business Analyst / Solution Architect (C#.Net, Asp.Net, 3.5/4.5 .Net Framework, VBA Macros), Max 30 Days Notice PeriodShift Timings: UK Shifts (3.00 PM to 12.00 AM)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years to max 6Anchor years professional experience building & maintaining applications
Requirement gathering and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of .Net Technologies, SQL queries and VBA
Skills Required:
- C#.Net, Asp.Net, 3.5/4.5 .Net Framework
- MS Access, MS Excel, RBDMS and VBA Macro
- Solution Designing
- Web Service Integration / API Integration
- Good analytical skills
- Should have strong interpersonal skills.

Reports to: Associate Vice President
Functional Overview:
- Conduct and analysis of current quality management processes and systems to identify opportunities and systemic needs.
- Develop applications / databases to drive optimization of processes for the organizations not limited to
- Understand software development lifecycle phases
- Management Information, Quality Management Processes, Appeals and Feedback Adherence Processes
- Participate in solution design for process improvement projects/initiatives targeted towards
- Error reduction, productivity improvement, automations etc.
- The jobholder should be solution architect for designing and delivering web based/standalone automation solutions by working closely with managers & stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibility:
- Expertise in developing small to medium scale web based/standalone application
- Expertise in MS Access, MS Excel and Macros to create standalone solutions
- Contributing in application design, coding and testing of the application.
- Expertise in SQL, VBA, .net 3.5/4.5 frameworks, Asp.Net, C#.Net, Java script and relevant applications & database concepts
- Manage and document source codes for all the applications developed within Sterling
- Participate in solutions architecture for all potential solutions identified in improvement projects
- Initiate and implement automation life-cycle
Ensuring deliveries meet & exceed expectations in terms of quality, scope of work & schedule
- High sense of ownership, commitment, responsibility, accountability
- Demonstrate consistent increase in predictability, efficiency and productivity
- Ability to work across various functional groups within an organization and delivering complex projects on time
- Ensure compliance of organizational processes and procedures all the time.
