We have an opening for Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant in PWC SDC

Position: Salesforce Data Cloud Developer

Experience 8 12 Yrs

Educational Qualifications: BE / B Tech / MCA/ M.Sc / M.E / M.Tech

Must Skills Salesforce Data Cloud, CDP

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location Bangalore, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai. Pune

Notice Period-Immediate-60 Days

Required:-

• Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients to support new customer experience strategies
• Identify data points required to enable use cases

Analyze data for usability in CDP

• Identify data cleansing requirements
• Map data sources to CDP data objects (which requires detailed knowledge of the CDP data model)
• Map data fields to CDP data fields
• Identify the need to custom CDP objects
• Determine the relationship between CDP data objects
• Identify the appropriate primary and secondary keys for each object
• Determine the specific unification algorithms required for the data of a given client
• Design test data to test the data model and unification algorithms
• Execute complex system tests

Additional Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with marketing data in MarTech and/or Marketing Data & Analytics space.
• Minimum 1-year implementation experience for one or more Customer Data Platforms
• Experience in solutions to create unified customer profiles by resolving identity data from multiple sources.
• Experience in Designing processes for data deduplication, enrichment, and governance to ensure data quality.
• 5+ years of experience with data management, data transformation, ETL, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure.
• Attitude for taking on technical challenges.
• Relevant Salesforce experience in Sales & Service Cloud as well as Marketing Cloud, related certifications is a plus (Marketing Cloud Consultant, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.
