Urgent Openings O2C / Order to Cash Specialist

Job Title: Order to Cash Specialist (Cash Application / AR / Collections)

---

Experience & Salary:

• 1+ Years Experience 3.25 LPA

• 2+ Years Experience 4.75 LPA

Qualification:

• Only Commerce Graduates (B.Com, BBA, BBM, M.Com, MBA - Finance)

• Candidates must have relevant O2C experience

---

Job Overview & Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Application & Allocation Match incoming payments with invoices

• Accounts Receivables (AR) Track payments and maintain aging reports

• Collections Follow-up with clients for overdue invoices

• Credit Management Assess customer creditworthiness and set credit limits

• Credit Insurance Monitor and coordinate follow-up actions

• Cash Flow Forecasting Predict incoming cash based on outstanding receivables

• Order Approvals Approve customer orders based on financial review

• Reporting Prepare monthly AR and collection reports

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience in Order to Cash, Cash Application, Collections, AR

• Strong understanding of credit controls, aging analysis, and reconciliation

• Proficiency in MS Excel and any ERP system (SAP/Oracle)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client coordination
