We are urgently hiring for P2P Travel & Expense (T&E) professionals with hands-on experience in managing employee reimbursements, travel claims, and end-to-end expense auditing. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the Procure-to-Pay process with a focus on Travel & Expense operations.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end Employee Expense Processing
Review and audit travel & expense claims for compliance with company policies
Ensure accurate posting of claims and adherence to timelines
Handle queries related to travel advances, claims, and reimbursements
Liaise with employees and management for clarifications and policy exceptions
Support P2P activities such as invoice processing and payment coordination
Ensure timely closure of expense cycles and monthly reporting

Required Skills:

Minimum 1 year experience in Travel & Expense (T&E) or Accounts Payable (P2P)
Familiarity with expense management tools (e.g., Concur, SAP T&E, Oracle, Zoho)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Good Excel and documentation skills
Knowledge of company travel & reimbursement policies is a plus
