Job Description

We are hiring a Sales Coordinator with at least 1 year of relevant experience, who possesses excellent communication skills and strong proficiency in Excel. The ideal candidate should have a clear understanding of sales support functions and be capable of coordinating effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth and efficient sales operations. Key Responsibilities : *Maintaining customer databases *Tracking sales orders and managing paperwork *Preparing sales reports and presentations *Coordinating with sales teams to ensure smooth operations *Identifying bottlenecks in the sales process *Responding to client inquiries and concerns *Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction Skills Required : *Being able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing *Being able to collaborate with clients and team members and do follow ups *Being able to prepare sales reports and presentations *Being able to maintain accurate records and databases *Being able to identify issues and find solutions *Being able to maintain strong relationships with customers *Being able to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner *Being able to adapt to new sales trends, technologies, and market changes Interested candidates are requested to share their updated CV via the email address or contact number provided below.
