Urgent hiring for Store Manager || Leading Retail MNC || Panipat / Ludhiana / Ajmer / Jaipur


Exp: 1+ in Store Operations , Handling KPI ( Average Bill Value , Ticket Value, Shrinkage Control , Sales , Revenue, Footfall)

Location: Panipat / Ludhiana / Ajmer / Jaipur

Requirements:-

• Manage a store within the policies and guidelines of the company to ensure customer satisfaction and turnover maximization
• Total operational and financial responsibility for the assigned store
• Ensure maintenance of company Prosperity Card; permanent prosperity card; performance review card; Daily mirror and Individual prosperity card for sales promoters.
• Ensure Stock standard across stores are maintained (Totally and across categories) within the approved level.
• Achieve overall stock turn in pairs & value as per company norm
• Ensure store display as per company visual display guidelines
• Ensure Theme of Month is implemented in store
• Proper display area (zone; corner; panel) for special Promotions & discounted stock in store.
