US, UK Payroll Specialist for Bangalore, @ White Horse Manpower

We are hiring Payroll Specialists with experience in US and/or UK payroll processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accurate and timely payroll for international employees, ensuring compliance with regional tax laws and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review bi-weekly/monthly payrolls for US and/or UK regions.

• Ensure payroll is compliant with federal, state, and local regulations (US) or HMRC and statutory compliance (UK).

• Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies.

• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors for payroll execution.

• Handle payroll-related inquiries and provide timely resolutions.

• Manage and maintain payroll records, employee data, and tax documentation.

• Assist in audits, reporting, and year-end activities like W-2 (US) or P60/P45 (UK).

Requirements:

• 15 years of relevant experience in US or UK Payroll.

• Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Ceridian).

• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxation, deductions, and reporting.

• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

• Immediate joiners preferred.
