Job Description
- Interested candidates, kindly mail to hidden_email Main Purpose: Manage Mechanical planning, budgeting, procurement, contracts & inventory management functions and associated activities at CBM Shahdol for well head, pipeline and GGS equipment's like drive heads, pumps, reciprocating compressors, static equipment . prepare & Implement field mechanical maintenance schedule. Prepare & help implement Preventive ,Predictive and breakdown maintenance Plans .Preparing plans for routine and non routine maintenance along with spare parts. Job Accountabilities : Closely work with field maintenance engineer and support for timely maintenance of equipment's by proper planning of spares and services . Coordinate with P & C and ware house for timely supply of spares and inspection Interact & manage the contracts & vendors for all mechanical activities Coordinate with SAP MM Team for timely codification of equipment's Preparation of maintenance budget and timely submission for approval clearly define the job definition of all works in contract scope of work Good understanding of legal framework of oil & gas sector Maintain and govern master data within the SAP system. Serve as the SAP power user, providing training and support to team members. Implement and manage CMMS for streamlined maintenance operations. Responsible for contractors development & contractors performance evaluation Preparing of SoS and SoW for material and services Developing local vendors& framework for long term rate contracts Work with other discipline like operations, warehouse, FC&A, PNC and security team and showing strong sense of team involvement, information sharing and mutual support. Qualification: Must have Bachelordegree in Mechanical engineering from a recognized university. Should have hands on experience on SAP PM, MM module. Minimum 5 years and maximum 6 years experience in contract development. Experience: Candidate should have handled Planning / Field functions of mechanical maintenance in any process industry. Possess an excellent knowledge of industry codes and practices, applicable legislation and international standards. Should have handled pipeline field maintenance including valve maintenance and Pipeline pigging activities. Must have minimum 8 years and maximum 10 years working experience in process/Oil/Gas industry. Interested candidates, kindly mail to hidden_email,
