We are glad to inform you that Tech M is hiring for Process Trainer for our Leading Ecommerce process in for Kolkata.

Position:

Process Trainer

Eligibility

Any Graduate
Min 2 years experience as a Process Trainer from a BPO non Telecom process.
Excellent verbal & written communications skills in English (Equivalent to Versant 4 and above)
Must Speak fluent Hindi without Grammatical Error and MTI
Strong understanding of and experience in product training in domestic BPO telecom domain
Should have collaborative skills as this role calls for partnership with operations and the quality teams
Strong people orientation
Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Ability to interact with clients and represent training function at an process level
Should be able to establish relationship with operations team and clients to receive feedback on Training and delivery
Ability to work a flexible schedule & willing to travel
Must have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point

Work location -

Kolkata

Mandatory:

Should be open to working in shifts
Experience of 2+ years in Product / Process Training in a BPO is a mandate.
Should join within 10 to 15 Days (Post Lock down)
