The Regional manager would be handling a team of relationship managers and would be responsible for developing the assigned locations from scratch...

Leads from bank (UNION BANK & BANK OF INDIA ) customers would be assigned to them for cross-selling other products.

He has to groom his team & lead from front always & achieve the given business target

Preferred candidate profile

Being in LI/GI A hard sales experience of a minimum of 7-10 years with team handling experience is mandatory. From LI, GI, and Brokin sales. Profiles must be at the supervisor level with a go-getter attitude. ready to take challenging assignments would be preferred
