Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Executive Client Servicing, located in Agra. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional service. Key responsibilities include regular client communication, addressing queries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery. The role also includes financial management tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking, and ensuring that client projects are delivered within agreed financial parameters. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for explaining digital marketing services to prospective clients whose leads are received. This includes conducting consultations, following up with leads, sending tailored proposals, and closing sales opportunities.
