Job Description
- Role: Architect (Full-Time, On-Site Panchkula) We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing architectural projects that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. This role involves space planning, architectural detailing, client collaboration, and coordination with engineers and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative architectural designs for residential, commercial, and office projects. Create and review architectural and construction drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Conduct site analysis and integrate contextual, structural, and environmental considerations into designs. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective architectural solutions. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution of projects. Select appropriate materials, finishes, and construction techniques to enhance durability and design integrity. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards. Oversee project timelines and budgets while maintaining high-quality standards. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in architecture and design. Strong skills in space planning, conceptual design, and detailing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with architectural drawings, construction documentation, and project coordination. Knowledge of sustainable design principles and modern construction techniques. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Strong communication and client management abilities. Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field.
