Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
Conduct background verification, document verification, and BGV for candidates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during talent acquisition processes.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth HR operations.
Provide support in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-1 year of experience in human resource management or related field.
Strong understanding of HR operations, including recruitment, background screening, and onboarding processes.
Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
