We are looking for a talented WalkMe Specialist to design, implement, and maintain WalkMe solutions that improve the user experience and adoption of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform and a strong understanding of UX, workflows, and process optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop in-app WalkMe experiences such as Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, ShoutOuts, Tooltips, and Surveys

• Partner with product owners, UX teams, and developers to understand business needs and translate them into user-friendly guidance flows

• Maintain and optimize existing WalkMe content, ensuring a seamless user experience

• Use analytics and reporting to track performance and identify areas for improvement

• Troubleshoot and debug issues related to WalkMe deployments

• Stay up-to-date with WalkMe platform features and enhancements

• Provide training and documentation to support internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, IT, UX, or a related field

• 26 years of experience with WalkMe or similar Digital Adoption Platforms (DAP)

• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and enterprise software user flows

• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is a plus

• Experience with analytics tools and performance optimization

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Attention to detail and a strong focus on user experience
