Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Making Outbound Calls and take the feedback of the customers about our services.
- Understanding the Interested and Non- Interested Customers.
- Generate high quality leads as defined by the sales protocols.
- Attending incoming calls and understanding clients concerns with complete patience and enthusiasm.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
- Responsible for adhering to information security guidelines.
Requirements and skills
- Graduation or Equivalent.
- Priorly experience Working as a Tele Sales Executive or in a Similar role.
- Knowledgeable with Computers.
- Having exposure to cultural norms and diverse Viewpoints
- Ability to change the communication style on unusual events.
- Excellent Interpersonal, research and record-keeping skills.
- Experience in healthcare
Location - Bangalore.
