Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Profile :


- Looking for Area Sales Manager/Head, who will be responsible for leading a sales team within the assigned area.


- A well versed candidates who has an experience in tracking the daily performance of his Sales personnel.


- Along with performance tracking, a major focus should also be on generating 2X revenue through team members as result of holding an accountability of the P&L of that vertical.


Responsibilities :


- Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory


- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets


- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.


- Report on sales activities to senior management


- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area


- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base


- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market


- Compiling and analyzing sales reports


- Collecting customer feedback and doing market research


- Keeping up to date with products and competitors


Other details :


- Location : Gurgaon


- Work from Office (5 days)


- Fixed Weekly Off on Mondays & Tuesdays (Saturdays and Sundays are working)


- Timings : 10 am to 7 pm


A Successful Candidate Must Have:


- Age Criteria- 25 to 35 years


- A Bachelors degree with minimum 2 years Real Estate sales experience and minimum 5 years overall sales experience


- Experience in managing sales teams


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills


P.S.: Candidates from non sales background/with less than 2 years Real Estate sales experience/unwilling to work from office in Gurgaon/unable to work on Saturdays & Sundays kindly do not apply.


Preferred candidate profile


Must have 1 year of real estate sales experience in Gurgaon/ Delhi.
