Job Description

Strong management accounting and operational finance knowledge
Manage Revenue, billing, Revenue recognition, Expense, Payments- Category and Non-Category for B2B and
Hotels LOB
Governance and compliance including SOX, ICOFR controls etc
Optimization/transformation opportunities with Finance processes (especially R2R)
Reconciliation of accruals Vs actual revenue, Ageing schedule of customers, MIS reporting, forecasting etc
Manage the month end activities which include closing of sub ledgers, general ledger account reconciliations, reporting and balance sheet account analysis.
TCS GST compliance and reimbursements

Identify risks or opportunities to revenues, cost and profitability and propose appropriate actions

To succeed in this role - you should have the following

1.Good accounting knowledge and experience in R2R,P2P and O2C
2. Good GST/TDS/TCS knowledge.
3. Reconciliation of vendors and preparation of reports.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Working with Internal SPOCs for alignment and accounting.
