Job role : Process Specialist- US Residential Mortgage

Job Location : Jaipur

Education: Any Fulltime graduate

Experience: Min 2.5 Years to 6 Years

Shift : US Shift

US Residential Mortgage Experience Preferred

Knowledge in any of the mortgage servicing departments

Basic Awareness of Mortgage Documents

Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

Attention to detail or Eye for detail

Customer Interaction: Handles /helps resolve escalations at the process level

Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with good attention to detail.

Good communication skills

He / She would be responsible for:

1. Execute transaction as per prescribed guidelines and timeline

2. Transition coordination - process training and certification

3. Process compliance - Need to deliver work with in the defined SLAs

4. Individual contributor role-candidate will be responsible for the task assigned to him

Minimum 4yrs+

1. Working Knowledge from Mortgage Pre-underwriting/Underwriting domain. Should be well verse with income, debt, expense etc concepts and able to understand Payslips, bank statements, SSI documents, Profit and Loss Statement, Credit Bureau reports, Rental agreement etc
2. Able to articulate mortgage documents - Borrower authorization, Govt Issued ID proof, Bank Information, Power of Attorney, Homeowner/Flood Insurance document, Homeowner association information, Property Tax bill or statement, Form 4506 -T, W-2 Forms etc.
3. Excellent Analytical ability and Problem solving competency.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Experience in working with clients, setting expectations, MIS handling skills.
6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to analyze situations and take proactive actions.
7. Ability to work in a team, driving and motivating teammates to achieve excellence in daily deliverables.
