Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform AR calling to follow up on medical claims.
  
• Analyze and understand EOBs and denial reasons.
  
• Ensure timely resolution and reduce A/R days.
  
• Maintain quality standards in documentation and reporting.
  

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in AR Calling is preferred.
  
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
  
• Familiarity with US healthcare terms, CPT/ICD codes is a plus.
  
• Ready to work in night shifts.
