Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle international calls from UK/US customers, providing excellent customer service to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
- Meet or exceed performance targets for quality metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling UK/US process (preferably).
- Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
- Ability to work on night shifts (rotating schedules) including weekends off.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts like Google Ads, SEO, etc.
- Flexible to work from office and night shifts.
