This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of Jumio s products. By building and maintaining automated testing frameworks, you will enable faster releases and higher confidence in the quality of our software.

Example Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts for web and API testing using Playwright, Selenium, or equivalent tools .
- Design and implement test strategies, test cases, and plans based on technical and business requirements.
- Automate API testing to validate performance and functionality.
- Perform regression testing and identify bugs through systematic and exploratory testing.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and efficient issue resolution.
- Continuously improve test automation processes, tools, and techniques.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6+ months of experience in test automation for web and API applications.
- Proficiency in Java or JavaScript programming languages.
- Hands-on experience with web testing frameworks such as Playwright , Selenium , or equivalent tools.
- Experience with API automation tools (e.g., Postman, REST-assured) and a good understanding of REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux systems and scripting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
