Required Skills
- Mandatory: 7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle WebLogic Server administration.
- Mandatory: Proven expertise in WLST scripting for automating WebLogic tasks (domain creation, deployments, configurations).
- Mandatory: Experience with WebLogic version upgrades (e.g., 11g/12c to 14.x).
- Proficiency with Docker, container networking, and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Hands-on experience managing WebLogic domains via WebLogic Kubernetes Operator.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, automation, and configuration management.
- Scripting skills (WLST, Shell, Python) and experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Familiarity with both on-prem infrastructure and OCI platforms.
