Mega Walk-in Drive for Branch Manager

Date: 23rd and 24th May 2025 @ Nagercoil Regional Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain regular & continuous relationship with existing and potential customers.
• Constant study of market and identify market trends.
• Achieve branch targets and ensure protability of the unit (branch).
• Will involve in Field Visits for Marketing / Collection activities basis to branch requirements
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of the branch
• Ensure process adherence to prevent the risk and up-hold the vision & values of the org.
• Ecient maintenance of branch books of accounts, documents and statutory records and upkeep of branch premises and physical Assets.
• Role will come under the purview of Audit & Gold Inspection.
• Ensure proper handholding and timely/continues training of the team
• Encourage team members and effectively develop of business and career progression of team.

Salary: Max 6lpa

Variable: Unlimited Incentive, PF & ESI

Locations: Across Nagercoil
