Job Description

Role Architectural BIM Modeler -Bangalore No of Positions 05 Experience

Educational Qualification B.Arch in Architecture SKILL / TOOLS KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED Proficiency in software such as Revit Architecture, AutoCAD (2D), Bluebeam, and MS-Office. Location Bangalore

Roles Responsibilities:

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk construction cloud platform

Expertise in creating Architecture drawings related to Data centers/Hotels/Hospital and other residential / commercial / Industrial buildings.

Having knowledge of Architecture design related to Data centers/Hotels/Hospital and other residential / commercial / Industrial buildings.

Have experience in Architecture BIM modelling and Manage BIM models for Data centers/Hotels/Hospital and other residential / commercial / Industrial buildings.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Coordinate with Structural Engineers and MEP team to resolve clashes

Knowledge of add-ins, like dynamo, pyrevit is added advantage

Implement BEPS and ensure compliance with project standard

Having exposure in working on Spanish project is added advantage

Knowledge of Spanish language but not mandatory

Minimum 5 years of proven experience with BIM, REVIT, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Having experience in PyRevit, Di-roots is added advantage.
