Job Description

Skill / technology / Experience : Deskside support on Desktop OS like Win XP , NT , 2K . Should have hardware knowledge to open a PC and trouble shoot. IMACs ( install , move , add , changes) for desktop hardware & software .conversant with antivirus management and shud have an eye on ITOperation experience Windows, Linux, Netwroking/ Basic understanding of Operating Systems Software & communication tools. Exposure to Office Products, Mailing Products & networking technologies.Good Diagnostic Skills/ Good Comprehension Power/ Ability to communicte in English/ Hindi & State language. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK IN THE FIELD.
Qualification: : Diploma In Electronics/ BSC Electronics/ Other graduates with experience.
Core Skills: : Asset Management/ Technical Services/ Maintenance & Repair Skills.Harwadre Trouble Shooting.
Certification: : MCP/ MCSE/ CCNA
