Roles and Responsibilities

Support Engineer acts as the primary technical contact and delivers advanced technical troubleshooting support and delivers timely and high-quality problem resolution for our Customers.
contribute in every stage of software lifecycle (Development, deployment, Testing, Production Debugging etc.).
Support Engineer acts as the primary technical contact and delivers advanced technical troubleshooting support and delivers timely and high-quality problem resolution for Customers.
You will get to contribute in every stage of software lifecycle (Development, deployment, Testing, Production Debugging etc.).
A trusted advisor to fellow developers, using broad and in-depth troubleshooting skills and product knowledge to solve challenging technical problems.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong Knowledge and experience with Webservers IIS, .Net Framework, ASP.NET, WCF service, Web API.
  Basic programming experience in building Web applications using C# or VB
  Knowledge of Azure technologies and Azure application development
  Good understanding of the concepts of Operating Systems and networking
  Experience in debugging and troubleshooting web applications
  Below certifications are a plus : Azure Developer Associate o Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
