Job Description

Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and concerns, providing accurate and timely solutions and guidance.
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction experience for customers.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
