Job Description

Expertise in Workday HCM modules (core HR, payroll, time tracking, etc.) and understanding of Workday data structures.
Deep understanding of Prism features, including data blending, Calculated Fields, data visualization options, and reporting capabilities.
Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights from complex datasets.
Familiarity with SQL, data manipulation techniques, and potentially other data integration tools.
Effectively communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
