Job Description
- Recipe Development and Deployment :
- Design, configure, and validate POMSnet recipes for pharmaceutical or life sciences manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to align recipes with operational requirements.
- Maintain recipe libraries using S88 standards for modular design 6 .

- System Integration :
- Integrate POMSnet MES with enterprise IT systems such as SAP and Maximo.
- Develop interfaces with OT systems, including Kepware for industrial automation 3 .

- Documentation and Validation :
- Author detailed Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS) and Operational Qualification (OQ) test scripts.
- Conduct validation testing to ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.

- Collaboration and Support :
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues during recipe execution.
- Provide training and technical support to end-users on POMSnet functionalities.

- Experience :
- 5-10 years of experience in deploying, configuring, and validating MES recipes within pharmaceutical or life sciences industries 1 3 .
- Proven expertise in integrating MES systems with IT (e.g., SAP) and OT systems (e.g., Kepware) 3 .

- Technical Skills :
- Strong knowledge of MES platforms, particularly POMSnet Aquila 6 .
- Familiarity with system integration tools and protocols for IT/OT connectivity.

- Documentation Skills :
- Experience in writing detailed FRS, OQ test scripts, and validation documents in regulated environments 3 .

- Soft Skills :
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering scalable solutions.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.

- Familiarity with GAMP guidelines for computerized systems validation.
- Practical knowledge of relational databases, reporting tools, or barcode software used in MES environments 6 .
