Skillset & Competencies

• Visiting branches and rendering necessary support for continuous improvement
• Render necessary support to branches to ensure data quality/data enrichment
• Render necessary support to branches enhance digital adoption
• Render necessary support to branches on Product queries, technical issues regarding Gold Loans, SME loans and TPP
• Centralized coordination of KYC maintenance & ensuring quality assurance
• Verification and clearance of documents as per checklist prior to sanction of Gold loans.
• Handling customer queries and resolving grievances as per customer service standard
• Initiate necessary action for settlement of accounts involved in internal and external fraud in consultation with respective stakeholders
• Necessary assistance to ensure hassle free NCD and Forex Operations
