Job Description

Job Title: Application Engineer Ii

Location: Pune,-Magarpatta

5 days office in a week mandatory
Experience: 0 to 6 years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Application Engineer to join our Payment Services team. The role involves incident investigation, small enhancements, performance improvements, emergency fixes, and production support of payment applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot & resolve production issues (Java, PL/SQL, C).
Work on change requests, SIT/UAT testing, and deployments.
Ensure app availability, issue resolution within SLAs.
Collaborate with operations for automation & performance optimization.
Create SOPs and technical documentation.
Participate in on-call support.

Primary Skills:

Must have: C, J2EE/Spring Boot, PL/SQL (at least one at Intermediate or Proficient level)
Good to have: Shell Scripting, Unix
Nice to have: ISO8583, Card schemes (Visa/MC/RuPay), Authorization, Clearing/Settlement, Switches (BASE24/Tango), PowerCard
