Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and Drive Engagement of Vyapar Partners through events across PAN India Locations
Plan , Calendarize Events and Drive them to Success
Manage Event Planning, Execution , Operations , Material Management
Work with Business Team to drive ROI , Engagement Metrics and Partner Happiness
Work with Social Media Teams to Drive Campaigns
Drive BTL Activities

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Willingness to Travel across Pan India Locations
Proven experience of at least 4 Years of Experience in Marketing , BTL , ATL , Social Media and Sales.
Good Working Knowledge of MS Excel and any CRM Tool
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers and team members.
High level of motivation, resilience, and initiative.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to change and embrace new challenges
