Job Description

Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), Core banking, MuleSoft, OPCRM, EDW etc
Experience in Banking and finance domain is necessary
Experience in AI/ML based application testing (preferred) Knowledge of Credit Application System, Credit Rating System (eg, Credit Lens), Financial Spreading(preferred)
Knowledge of test frameworks and automation tools
Hands-on experience with Test Management Tools like Jira, HP ALM or Azure DevOps
Expertise in SQL and database validation
Understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC/STLC
Excellent leadership, communication analytical and problem-solving skills
Lead and manage functional testing activities for multiple modules within project
Understand functional and business requirements and create detailed test cases
Collaborate with business users and developers to ensure accurate test coverage
Execute manual test cases, capture evidence and maintain the test case execution status in the test management tool
Identify, document and track bugs using defect management tool
Perform SIT, UAT, regression testing
Participate in test planning, requirement analysis and defect triage meetings
Identify scope for automation to optimize the efforts and support test automation
Mentor and guide junior testers, ensuring best practices in testing
The role involves test planning, execution, supporting automation and mentoring junior testers in the team
