Induction of ADM's phase I and phase II to be completed within 15 days of ADM's Joining

Need based clinics/ training interventions should be planned and delivered basis field requirements [ On discussion and clearance with National CD Manager]

Should conduct frequent refresher programs for ADM's post induction at their location

Ensure conversions by ADM' & FA's

Preparation and publishing of monthly Training Calendar-Training calendar to be prepared in discussion with SDM and shared on the last day of the month for the next month.

Daily report is mandatory on activities of the day."

On time submission of Post Training report - Post Training report to be submitted within 48 hrs of Training Completion

Ensuring Team to complete the MyCoach assignment & Clear the assessment as per monthly learning plan
